The Chicago Dog Whisperer

THE DOG WHISPERER™

What is Dog Whispering?

Dog Whispering is a special rehabilitative technique that allows people to connect and communicate with a dog in its language, within its culture; and in a matter of minutes create a two way interspecies communication system.

By using a system of physical manipulation, spatial encroachment, audial communication and energy recalibration, I  and anyone else, can achieve mental, emotional, psychological and spiritual dominion over the dog. I do this by completely satisfying the dog's genetic compulsion to bond with a leader.

A dog has two (2) minds the higher mind, the cognitive mind, the mind of thought and responsibility is what I call the 'Angel Mind'.When in this state of mind, the dog will lay down his life for us, his Alpha.

The second mind; the oldest mind, the most dangerous mind is the 'Devil Mind', the mind of appetite, primitive instincts and the desire for prey and aggression.  This is your dog's "Inner Wolf", this is the part of your dog that must be satisfied before your dog can love you.  In order to educate, communicate and rehabilitate the dog, one must be able to connect and then coordinate those two (2) very different aspects of the canine mind.

GOD'S COUNTRY

I work by touch in God's country, the heart.

My job as a Dog Whisperer is to prevent a dog from getting seduced by the Dark Side of his nature.

WHAT IS DOG WHISPERING?

WHAT IS A DOG WHISPERER?

A person who has mastered the skills of communicating and dominating dogs in a natural, holistic and simple manner.

There is no need for expensive drugs, complicated equipement that punishes the dog, or for expensive, hard to live with, complicated, prolonged treatment plans (the favorite option for vet behaviorists) or years of dog training lessons (the favorite option of cookie trainers to fix your dogs bad habits).  You don't need to spend a fortune to have a good dog. Join the future, it is dog whisperering.

THE WEST COAST DOG WHISPERER

See the West Coast Dog Whisperer, Cesar Millan, the man who started it all: with dogs.

HORSE WHISPERERS

Monty Roberts started everything, everywhere. He changed the world. He used the species that he loved most, and knew best; the horse.

WHAT DOG WHISPERING IS NOT!

What Dog Whispering Is Not!

It is not dog training.

It is not Tellington-Touch.

It is not clicker training.

It is not traditional leash and collar training

It is not Koehler training.

It is not SATS.

It is not animal communication.

It is not animal therapy.

It is not veterinarian care.

It is not behavior therapy.

It is not energy work.

It is not Healing Touch.

It is not physical therapy.

It is not massage therapy.

It is not treat training.

It is not total positive reinforcement training.

Dog Whispering is not like any type of dog training, or dog therapy in America today.  My system of Dog Whispering™ is totally unique. It is more effective, more efficient and more humane than all of the above methods. You talk to the dog in his own words, using his language, the language of the wolf.

THE THERAPEUTIC DOG PACK PROGRAM

NARNIA-NOW THERAPEUTIC DOG PACK ™PROGRAM

Our unique canine-to-canine Total Dog-Pack Immersion Temperament Rehabilitation program called "NARNIA-NOW™.

This is a unique canine-to-canine NARINA-NOW Rehabilitation program. In this innovative rehabilitation program, your dog is reintroduced into a pastoral, natural 'wolf pack' environment as a means to regain mental/emotional balance and harmony. Your dog is sent "Back to the Pack™ " to regain health.

With this program, dogs suffering from an out of balance relationship with other dogs are returned to the pastoral existence of centuries past, the pack existence. Once the emotional and temperament imbalances have been corrected, the new, improved, dog is returned to his owners. The owner receives one private lesson along with training equipment to maintain the new behavior, at the facility, to transfer skills to the home environment.

We train you, how to show the owner how to read  Dingo-Lingo™ the language of dogs, this new knowledge combined with the obedience training will allow the owner to achieve "PfarpfenPflugle™."

The dog is allowed to behave naturally, and to regain his inner equilibrium at his own pace, and as a result issues of fear, boldness, hyperactivity, aggression, assertiveness, leash aggression are other imbalances and illnesses caused by the stress of living in an unnatural, isolated, sedentary, permissive existence are habilitated.

The dog learns his place, finds his purpose, as well as discovers the value of cooperation by interacting with dogs at liberty, al fresco and 'au natural' as nature intended. Muzzles may be required of some dogs.

Dogs with suitable temperaments are taken on field trips to local parks, beaches, forest preserves, open lands, lakes and rivers.

The minimum stay is 31 days.

THE BASICS OF DOG WHISPERERING

What are the basics of Dog Whispering?

When the human keeps his promise to his dog by providing:

  • Alpha-tude,
  • Ami-ability,
  • Activity,
  • and last, in small doses, Affection.

This in turn creates the best condition for the dog; emotional surrender, mental subordination, and physical submission to a leader; then in your hand you hold a real and true 'relationship' with your dog.  Without this submission and surrender to the human will, the dog is as a wild beast:

  • unreliable,
  • untrustworthy,
  • and unpredictable.

It is the job of the human to lead, to fulfill the dogs most basic primal need; to follow, and thus put the dog in touch with his "inner wolf."

Wolves in the wild are not neurotic, aren't needlessly aggressive, don't have separation anxiety, aren't obese, aren't hyperactive and aren't obsessive-compulsive. Our beloved suburban/urban dogs don't need to be burdened with these afflictions anymore, either.

If you want to see an angel, look to the wolf in your lap.

Ami Moore the Chicago Dog Whisperer

GLOSSARY OF BOW-WOW KNOW HOW

LOSER-TUDE:™  Loser-Tude™ energy is soft, withdrawing, afraid, too much or too little, anxious, nervous, smothering, slave-like, cloying, sweet, over-nurturing, smothering, weak, slow, inactive, ineffective, excessively verbal, over-emotional, abstract, too loud, too soft, untrustworthy, vacillating, uneven, unpredictable, hysterical, unrealistic, inefficient, reactive yin-style energy.

In general, those who act as if they are their dogs 'lovers', constantly, often unconsciously fondling, touching, kissing, hugging, feeding, baby-talking to he dog are projecting this energy.  These are dog owners who are always pulled down the street by their crazy, rude, out-of-control dog!

In Nature, a creature with weak energy is either a puppy or dinner, two items that are never in a position to be respected or obeyed.  Dogs need leaders, not lovers. If you act as if you are your dog's lover, you are a loser (from the point of view of your dog) and not fit to lead or to be obeyed.

ALPHA-TUDE™: Strong, forward moving, commanding, authoritative, guiding, balanced, harmonious, kind, mothers-not-smothers, happy, instinctive, just, firm, fair, calm, bright, salty, non-verbal, physical, concrete, consistent, constant, compassionate, male but not macho, proactive, just-enough, just-in-time, practical, realistic, active, yang-style steady energy is considered Alpha-Tude.

Famous people who project Alpha-tude™ Steve Mc Queen, Yule Brenner, Han Solo,  Brad Pitt, Batman and Robin, Jack Sparrow the Pirate or Paul Newman as Cool Hand Luke.  Remember Margaret Thatcher, Queen Elizabeth, Cleopatra, Sophia Loren, Laura Bush, Oprah Winfrey, Golda Meir, Ann Richards the Governor of Texas, or Mother Teresa.   Dogs needs Leaders with calm, confident, assertive energy.

PFARPFENFLUGLE™: The correct and proper transfer of energy between dog and dog owner, a relationship, amiability. This means that you should be able to make your dog do three things, anywhere, anytime and anyplace: show mental submission, spiritual surrender, and physical subordination.  This is accomplished by using the tools of Doggie-Zen Foo™, ACT™ and Dingo-Lingo™ .

Nature provides the model for us with the wild Wolf Pack. The Alpha dog/bitch can ask and get those three things from any member of the pack anytime he wants, anywhere he wants and anyplace he wants. It is a pure, simple, natural, holistic, communication method.

If a hobo pushing a shopping cart down the street has a relationship so powerful, so deep with his dog, that his dogs will follow him anywhere, without a collar or leash, on busy urban streets.   The hobo's dog isn't aggressive, isn't obsessive compulsive, isn't destructive, isn't rude, isn't hyperactive and isn't a burden.  His dog is his friend, his companion and his joy!

AMI-ABILITY™:

In a perfect and balanced relationship, the dog has the responsibility to attend to and anticipate the actions of his owner-alpha or 'master'. The dog must be taught how to "go along to get along" according to the rules, boundaries and limitations of the humans lifestyle. Amiability is all about the dog being able to function within the limitations of his life. Alpahtude is all aobut you, amiability is all about the dog!

Usually in dysfunctional dog/human households, the humans spend 99% of their time and energy attending and anticipating the dogs every whim and passing fancy.   When you see this on the streets of your neighborhood, it is typically a human being dragged around by a dog on a retractable leash. You can't get obedience or proper relationship if you are following the dog.

THE ENERGY IMBALANCE OR THE DOGGIE "DARK SIDE"

This energy imbalance leads to hyperactivity, disobedience, aggression, anxiety and depression in the dog.  Dogs as a species are born and bred to follow, not lead. Early man made sure that 'dog' was the ultimate "suck-up" parasite; man killed and ate the ones that weren't!

"To man, personal independent liberty is the greatest gift,

to the dog, it is the greatest curse."    Ami Moore the Dog Whisperer

APPROPRIATE ACTIVITY: First and foremost as an activity is The Faith Walk™. This walk is the key component for rehabilitating a damaged, chaotic and out of balance dog/human relationship.

This simple physical activity allows the dog to naturally be satisfied; both with a purpose, and to find a position in the pack.  Ideally, this walk should taken with the dog at liberty, attached to it's human by "Phfarphfeflugle", the invisible leash that links two hearts, two minds and makes them as one, makes them a "pack.".

THE NOW OF THE DOG

The dog is always living in the right-now The dog is consistently, constantly aware of each and every moment. A dog knows what to do all the time. If you want to change the behavior of the dog, you  the human must be clear of intent and pure of heart.  You have to be right, right here and right now. Ami Moore, DW

AFFECTION: last and least, of the supporting cornerstones of a balanced canine relationship. This may be soft words, a gentle touch, pats, rubs, massages, kisses on the forehead, rough play, chasing games, social privileges, water, food or loving eye contact or freedom.

AFFECTION

Of all of the components of FarFenFlugle; affection is always last and used with great restraint, much like a good cook uses salt.

Ami Moore the Chicago Dog Whisperer

Doggie Wabi Sabi™: A philosophy for living imperfectly with dogs in both private and public sector that shares many aspects of the japanese system of living one's life slowly, simply, sweetly; to one's real nature revealed, and the real nature of the dog reflected.

The great tribes that I call the People of the Horse: the Huns, Mongols, Cossacks, Bedouin, Souix, Comanche, Blackfeet, The Crow, The Arab, The Nez Pierce, lived in Wabi Sabi with their horses.

DOGS: A four-legged, predatory, amoral, carnivorous, social, pack animals that are concrete, physical and non-verbal.  They are creatures that do 'what works,' not 'what's right'. As a species, the dog is an orderly, peace-loving, mannerly, social creature that seeks out a clear and consistent  linear, social structure with the three following items:

  • rules,
  • rights,
  • and responsibilities.

They are genetically compelled to find a leader, and a place in a social group called a pack. One person and a dog are a pack.  In your home, your dog will find and exploit the hidden flaws in the dog-human bond to their advantage.  Dogs are the Wild Wolf's soul brother; both animals are slaves to their species specific genetic-predispositions which are:

  • lead or follow,
  • nose, eyes, ears, serve or be served,
  • submit to the strong-kill the weak,
  • move or die.

DINGO-LINGO™: The physical language of dogs/wolves/coyotes and our words used to describe it, this is thier language and culture.

  • lead or follow,
  • nose, eyes, ears,
  • serve or be served,
  • submit to the strong-kill the weak,
  • move or die.

Dingo-Lingo™ is system of body language that dogs use communicate with each other and with us, people. It consists of 30+/- basic body movements and postures that can be combined in an infinite number of possibilities.  How/when/where and to whom these signals are delivered and received creates the geometry of Dingo-Lingo™. The secret lies in the lines, curves, angles, trajectory, space and speed of delivery.  If a person is seeking a great relationship with his/her dog(s), it is essential that the owner of the dog or the trainer of the dog, completely master "Dingo-Lingo™".

There are only two ways to raise a dog.

Just two.  Either you raise the dog to fit to your lifestyle,

or you make your lifestyle fit around the dog!  There is no middle ground.

Ami the Dog Whisperer
